All prices on the website are in UK GBP (£) and include delivery costs within the UK.
Having placed your order you will receive a confirmation email confirming that I have received your order.
Please ensure you keep this email as you may need you to refer to it if there are any issues with your order.
If you do not receive email confirmation of your order do please let me know.
I do make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of not having your chosen product I will email or call you to offer a refund or a later delivery if possible.
All orders are processed securely by PayPal.
PayPal does not require you to sign up or share your card details.
I can still accept orders by post accompanied by a cheque made payable to N Williams and your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

Please note that the product pictured may not be the same as the one received as all goods are produced by hand and may vary slightly. All dimensions are approximate. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however as with all photography there may be some slight variation.

Delivery within the U.K. is free.
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or Parcel Force using the lowest price option available. I aim to despatch your delivery within 1-2 working days. And delivery is usually 2-3 working days after this.
Unfortunately there are times when I am away from the studio and this can delay the despatch of items, if at all possible on these occasions I will endeavour to contact you as soon as I am able.
The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Costs, which are incurred due to incorrect address information, may be passed on to the Customer. I shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages to the Customer resulting from provision of an incorrect address.
At present I do not offer a faster delivery option.
On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered is out of stock I will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date then you can cancel the order immediately and I will give you a full refund.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience that may result from such a delay.
I do not add any charge for packing, and recycle any packaging I receive.
Please note, these conditions only apply to customers within the UK.
I accept payment through all major credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay.
Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being despatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, the order will not be accepted.
All communication between the payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). I do not have any access to your data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase. Your personal contact information is held strictly confidential. I guarantee no other persons will have access to any of your personal information or payment details.
I try to recycle packaging where I can, this will in no way compromise the quality of your packaging.
Should you wish to return anything, please contact me before you ship your item back to us. All items must be send back within 14 days of purchase and must be in resale-able condition and in the original packaging where possible. Please note I are unable to reimburse any postage costs for the delivery and returns costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item was shipped damaged or incorrect.
When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. I would recommend you use a registered postal service and please retain the proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
International shipping is calculated by volume, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package.
I use Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

Damaged / Faulty Items
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to offer an exchange and/or refund unless these are deemed faulty or to have broken in transit.
Notification of such damage must be made by phone within 3 days of receipt, the complete package must be retained so a claim can be made and a refund or replacement article will be despatched as soon as the claim has been settled.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let me know, and I will do my utmost to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
All personal information will be treated as confidential and will never be passed on to a third party. I do not have any access to, or ability to store, your payment details.
